I want to leave a detailed review because I know how frustrating it is to scroll through reviews looking for someone whose situation matches yours. Here is mine: I had IBS-C for 7 years. Chronic constipation punctuated by random urgency. Constant gas and bloating. Low energy most of the time. A diet I had restricted to 15 safe foods because everything else caused problems. I started Gut Reboot 6 months ago. The improvement was not overnight. Month 1 was subtle. Month 2 was clear. Month 3 I started reintroducing foods I hadn't eaten in 2 years. By month 5 my GI doctor reduced one of my medications because my symptoms had improved so much. Month 6 I am writing this review. I can eat at restaurants with friends again. My food list is back to 40+ items. My mornings are consistent and comfortable. I have more energy than I have had in years. I cannot attribute this entirely to nutriwave, diet and stress work have also helped but it has been a central, consistent part of my recovery. If you are on the fence, try it for 3 months minimum and be patient.

Post-COVID finally normal
