SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for you. Our team ensures that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
- Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- Every product undergoes two quality checks—one after manufacturing and another before dispatch.
- Orders are securely packed and shipped via Quickshift through trusted courier services across India.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
2. Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 12 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once shipped, delivery takes approximately:
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities/towns: 4–7 working days.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: up to 10 working days. For remote areas not serviced by standard courier partners, we use India Post, which may take additional time.
If there’s an issue with your delivery address or timing, our team or delivery partner will contact you. In rare cases of delivery delays, our support team will proactively assist you. You can always reach out for the latest status on your shipment.
3. Order Re-attempts and RTO Policy
Our courier partner, Quickshift, will attempt delivery twice before returning any package. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”. In such cases, we may deduct shipping charges from any refunds issued.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working to expand international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 999
- Any additional charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have an additional ₹80 handling fee.
6. Tracking & Delays
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- In case multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately due to stock availability or warehouse location. Each package will have separate tracking details.
- Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, festivals, or unforeseen logistic issues.
