Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem!
  • You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel, visit the My Orders or email us at support@mynutriwave.com.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation is acknowledged and confirmed.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • To request a return, drop us a mail on support@mynutriwave.com  describing the reason for return and supporting Image/Video. 
  • You may return the product within 5 days of the date of delivery.
  • Conditions for return: You can return the product only if:
- The item is damaged, leaking, tampered, or has a broken seal
- The item is incorrect or different from what was ordered
- The product is expired or past its use-by date
  • Once you submit a return request, we will review it within 48 working hours.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, altered or is missing original contents
  • Original packaging (box, carton, labels) is missing
  • The return is due to personal preference (e.g., flavor dislike or change of mind)
  • The return is requested after 5 days from delivery

If you ordered multiple items, you can select the ones you wish to return on the My Orders page. Free gifts or bundled items must be returned along with the product.

Refunds

Once your return is picked up, product will be shipped to our warehouse for an overall quality check of the packaging. You will receive email confirmation for the same.

Refunds will not be issued if:

- Products are visibly tampered or used
- Return request is incomplete or submitted after the allowed window
- Freebies are missing from the return package
- The shipping address provided was incorrect

Once your return is approved and received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. If passed:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days equivalent to the value and/or original amount paid by the customer.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Please ensure you provide accurate bank details:

- Order ID
- Account Holder’s Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code

Replacements

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Missing items in your order
